Danny Care hopes he will be handed the opportunity to shine in this weekend's Six Nations clash between England and Italy at Twickenham.

England are 9/2 with bet365 to beat Italy by between one and 12 points on Sunday and are 5/9 to complete the Grand Slam. Scrum-half Care has been in fine form for Harlequins of late but has had to be content with a place on the bench for the Red Rose because of Ben Youngs' excellence. Head coach Stuart Lancaster has stated his intention to make a couple of changes for the visit of the Azzurri and Care is looking to be involved from the start. He admitted: "Everyone wants to get involved. We're three from three at the moment. There's a few lads who haven't had a chance to start yet but everyone's itching to play. "I'm no different. Obviously, I sat on the bench for the three games and, although I'm delighted to be involved, everyone wants to start. I'm not sure what the team's going to be but I would love the chance to play."
