Opta Stats: Swansea v QPR

9Feb 2013

England - Premier League

Harry Redknapp's bottom-of-the-table strugglers travel to Wales, desperate for three points. Will they get them? Opta reveals all.

Swansea have dropped just two points from winning positions in the Premier League this season, fewer than any other team. The Swans are 3.1 to be winning at half-time/full-time.

The Swans have scored the lowest percentage of set piece goals this season (9%) and conceded the highest proportion (54%). QPR are 2.8 to score the first goal.

Swansea netted five goals from just six shots on target when they trounced QPR at Loftus Road on the opening day. Over 4.5 goals can be backed at 8.4.

QPR have drawn their last four Premier League matches, with three of those games ending 0-0. Another 0-0 is available at 11.0.

Rangers have scored with just 7.8% of their shots this season, the lowest conversion rate in the top flight and meaning they need, on average, 13 shots for every goal  scored. Swansea are 2.46 to keep a clean sheet.

Gerhard Tremmel has saved the highest percentage of opposition shots on target of any 'keeper in the top flight (81.7%). Swansea are 2.75 to win to nil.

The German stopper has also been forced into a save every 21 minutes on average - no goalkeeper has been more busy (level with Julio Cesar). You can get odds of 3.35 that the keepers will be on top and keep the score to under 1.5 goals.

Swansea City are on the longest run of any current Premier League without having won a penalty (35 games). A penalty being taken is available at 3.4.

Ashley Williams has blocked more shots than any other player in this season's Premier League (33). A 1-0 Swansea win is priced at 7.4.

QPR have used more players than any other Premier League team this season (29) after using the most in 2011-12 (35). You can lay Harry Redknapp's fresh squad at 1.48 to be relegated.
