Ferguson ready for tight derby

Premier League

Sir Alex Ferguson is expecting a tight Manchester derby when his United team make the short journey to the Etihad Stadium to take on Roberto Mancini's City side.

United, 11/5 with bet365 to win Sunday's match, head across the city three points clear of their local rivals, but champions City have still to lose a game in the top-flight this season. City's failure to reach the knockout stages of the Champions League was confirmed in midweek, whereas Sir Alex Ferguson's side qualified with games in hand. United are now 10/1 to win the Champions League. Ferguson said: "It's a big, big game for what, at least on paper, is a match between the two best teams in the country. "As the table tells us, there is not much between us, though I recognise that City hold the crown as reigning champions. We need to come out unscathed and, with so much at stake, I wonder if there will be a little bit of caution from both clubs." For this weekend's top-of-the-table clash between Manchester City and Manchester United we've got a free In-Play bet offer. To qualify for your free In-Play bet, simply place a pre-match bet on the game and we will give you a free In-Play bet to the same stake once the match has kicked off.
