Ferguson focused on Everton clash

England - Premier League

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has demanded that his players focus on Sunday's Premier League clash against Everton and not next week's Champions League  encounter with Real Madrid.

Everton memorably clawed back two late goals to draw 4-4 at Old Trafford in the corresponding fixture last season and beat United 1-0 in the opening round of fixtures  this term. United will be wary of the threat posed by David Moyes' team, who are 14/1 with bet365 to win 1-0 at Old Trafford on Sunday, while United are 1/10 to clinch the Premier League title. Ferguson said: "As soon as the Champions League draw was made there was an anticipation about the Madrid tie. But the Everton game is a big game in itself. We threw it away against them last season but I wouldn't anticipate that happening again. "We'll still need to make sure we play well, though."
