Fed ready for Benneteau test

Roger Federer expects to know what shape his game is in when he faces Julien Benneteau in the third round of the French Open.

Federer has skated through the opening two rounds without dropping a set and is 3/1 with bet365 to see off Benneteau in four sets to reach round four. However, the Swiss maestro is wary of the threat of home hope Benneteau, who defeated Federer in their last meeting in Rotterdam earlier this year and pushed him all the way in the last 32 at Wimbledon last year. "I think I'm playing okay," Federer said after thrashing Somdev Devvarman in round two. "Definitely I think the next match is going to be sort of the big test for me, to see exactly where I stand. "I'm happy that I was playing offensive and aggressive tennis in the first two matches. But really, I think I'll only know more after the Benneteau match."
