Evra warns of City challenge

England - Premier League

Manchester United defender Patrice Evra has warned that the Premier League title race is far from over, despite the Red Devils being 1/10 with bet365 to be crowned champions.

The Red Devils currently lead the way by nine points from reigning champions Manchester City, but Evra is wary of thinking that the title is done and dusted, with the Citizens having recovered from eight points back last season. Evra warned: "It's a really important time for us. This is the time when you have to win your games and show that you are the number one team. "It's really important that we just keep going because the league is not finished in February." United have won six of their last seven league games to open the gap back to City, who have dropped four points in their last two games by being held to draws by QPR and Liverpool.
