Cricket: Wellington hosts series decider
England and New Zealand are preparing for a Twenty20 series decider in Wellington on Friday after the hosts levelled the three-match series at 1-1.
The Black Caps won by 55 runs in Hamilton to keep the series alive, but skipper Brendon McCullum has warned that the tourists will hit back hard with the series on the line. He said: "We know that England are going to come back strong in the next one as well and we want to ensure we go up against them. We have to make sure we step up a gear." McCullum's England counterpart Stuart Broad is also preparing for a high-intensity encounter at the Westpac Stadium, adding: "It will be an exciting third game, both sides will be going hell for leather to win." Meanwhile, England are 7/1 with bet365 to win the World Twenty20 in 2014, with New Zealand 12/1.
