Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero will miss the visit of Watford in the FA Cup on Saturday and is also a doubt for the Premier League trip to Arsenal on 13th January.

The Argentina international limped out of his side's 3-0 win against Stoke City on New Year's Day due to a hamstring injury. Assistant manager David Platt explained that club officials would not know the full extent of the problem until Thursday at the earliest. The £38million signing is available at 10/1 with bet365 to be the Premier League's top scorer this season. "It's difficult to assess an injury like that but my experience says he is doubtful for Arsenal," said Platt. "There will be a lot of swelling in there and a bit of bleeding and we will not know for 48 hours how long he will be out for." City boss Roberto Mancini added: "I don't think it is serious. His hamstring is sore, maybe in 10 days he can recover."
