Cech remains positive

FA Cup

Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech has vowed that his side, who are 15/2 to win the FA Cup with bet365, will remain positive despite enduring a  turbulent month.

The Stamford Bridge-based club were dumped out of the Champions League and have dropped off the pace in the Premier League in recent weeks but Chelsea's stopper  believes that the side still has much to play for in a season that has already seen major disruptions after a change of manager. Blues fans were angered by Roman  Abramovich's decision to sack manager Roberto Di Matteo and replace him with interim boss Rafael Benitez last month, but Cech believes the squad is still capable of  winning honours and they are already targeting another European trophy. The 30-year-old said: "We must be positive and we are now in the Europa League and can still win  a European trophy this season. "It is a trophy we have not won before and it is something for us to focus on. Playing on a Thursday won't make much difference." The Blues  are 8/1 to win the Europa League with bet365, while Atletico Madrid are currently favourites at 7/1.
