Bellamy honoured to be part of Cardiff's success

Craig Bellamy believes that Cardiff City's achievement in winning promotion to the Premier League is phenomenal for the club and the city as a whole.

Cardiff are 11/8 with bet365 to be relegated back to the Championship next season but for the moment Bellamy is only thinking about the positives of the club returning to the top-flight of English football for the first time in more than 50 years. The much-travelled 33-year-old said: "We're going to be in the Premier League. What this is going to do next year to the club, to the city, it's just going to be phenomenal. It's just immense. "I never thought in my wildest dreams I'd ever see the club in an FA Cup Final, I'd never have thought I'd have seen Cardiff in a League Cup Final. "But the Premier League was the one we all wanted and, to play a small part in it as a player myself, it's just an honour and something that will live for me for a number of years." Watford can be backed at 11/4 to also win promotion and join Cardiff in the Premier League next season.
