Co-hosts Ukraine are not in the best form what I have seen in their former friendlies matches. They lost their last two games against Turkey (0:2) and Austria (2:3). Fans in Ukraine are still hoping to get out of group stage but it will be extremely hard. Their team is mainly based on players from domestic league, and the ukraine league not too famous about the high level. In friendlies it was striking the poor defence of ukrainians, all matches they got goals at least one times.

Greece will take on the Czech Republic in the second game for Group A at Wroclaw. Both teams need to pick up points if they hope to advance to the quarter-finals.
